SwimEye™ Drowning Detection and Prevention System

We are pleased to announce Poolview Limited will be the UK and Ireland’s sole installers and distributors of the SwimEye™ Drowning Detection and Prevention System, in partnership with the Norwegian Company - Davo AS.

Poolview Ltd and Davo AS are currently finalising the development of SwimEye™ for release onto the UK market.  A series of inspired software and hardware advancements will mean the new SwimEye™ system will be the world’s most technologically advanced artificial intelligence drowning detection "Safer Swimming System".

SwimEye™ utilises a series of underwater cameras; monitoring, tracking and recording swimmers’ actions and behaviour.

This information is relayed back to the Central Control Station for analysis and interrogation.

When the software detects a swimmer may be in difficulty, an alarm will be triggered alerting staff to the developing incident.

A rescue can then be effected by trained lifeguards/responders.

The new SwimEye™ will surpass all currently available detection systems and usher in the next generation of swimming safety.

Poolview Installation During Refurbishment

We have just completed another Poolview installation during a facility refurbishment project. Quite a bonus for us to work during daylight hours!

No need to get wet on this occassion as we retro-fitted our cameras in this pool with a moving floor whilst empty.

Indoor and outdoor leisure water areas were also covered - can't wait to see it filled up and operational.

24th Poolview Installation of 2014 Completed

This morning we completed our 24th and final installation of Poolview in 2014. What a fantastic year and a huge thanks to all our partners, clients, associates and friends who have helped us bring "Additional Essential Vision" to lifeguards up and down the country.

We will see you again in early 2015 when we embark on an 11 Poolview installation program between January and April.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Refurbishment - Poolview Installation

Down in Surrey for the next couple of weeks installing Poolview here in the first week as part of a major pool refurbishment contract. This pool could not be emptied at all for fear of tiles lifting because of mitigating circumstances. Refurbishment has still a bit to go yet - but another pool is nearly ready with our Poolview System - "providing additional essential vision" to lifeguards!

Poolview hand-over in Scotland

SenTAG - an alternative Layer of Protection

Acting as a second layer of pool security supporting existing lifeguards and pool operators the SenTAG "Safer Swimming System" wristband continuously monitors depth and time for every bather and alerts the operater if preset thresholds are exceeded. Have a look at the animated movie below to see how the SenTAG Safer Swimming System could be of benefit to your patrons and staff!

The SenTAG DDS system continously monitors depth and time for all wristband users and alerts if the wearer has stayed too long beneath a certain depth. Visit www.sentag.com for more information!

SenTAG pool alarm:

  • supervises every swimmer individually with personally adjusted settings.
  • communicates via ultrasonic frequencies just like the mammals of the ocean.
  • supervise all pool areas such as, standard pools, lazy rivers, wave pools, splash pools etc.
  • registers depth, time and lack of  “motion” (depth changes) below the surface and does not rely on line of sight within the facility.
  • uses retention units to collect the SenTAG security wristbands after use.
  • has low operating, maintenance and support costs.
